Brake pack alone

· Gear strength has been increased for double the maximum allowable torque compared with conventional products. Heretofore uncommonly used motor torque ranges can now be put to active use. By changing heretofore unused motors to the KII series, downsizing is also possible.
· Has double the allowable overhang load and allowable thrust load of conventional products, with high strength. Uses unique side plate method and other measures to increase rigidity, and gears have been strengthened with heat processing (carburizing).

Control circuit for instant stopping that can rapidly stop induction motors, reversible motors, and motors with electromagnetic brakes.

[Features]
· Instantly stops the motor with an electronic brake.
· Has major braking power for stopping in about 0.1 seconds for an individual motor, with the overrun volume staying at 1 to 1.5 rotations or less.
· A braking current flows into the motor for about 0.4 seconds, but afterwards the motor is automatically cut off from the power supply.
· It is an electronic brake triggered by a current, so unlike a mechanical electromagnetic brake it has no parts subject to wear, which gives it long life.
· Optimal for applications such as motor inching (dimensions) operation, etc.
· SB50W power relay is not required for non-contact types.

TM Series Torque Motor Unit

Optimal for winding and presser mechanisms

[Features]
· Internal power controller’s internal torque setter or the like can be used to easily set and adjust motor torque.
· Torque settings can be selected using 3 different methods to match how the product is used. By switching between internal and external, 2-stage torque settings are also possible.
· Has less variation of the torque generated relative the torque setting value compared with conventional torque motors with power controllers.
· Motor and power controller can be used a maximum of 20 m apart. Can be used even if the motor mounting location and control panel are apart.
· The connection terminals of the power controller are separated top-and-bottom in the control system and motive system, which allows for clean wiring. Can also be directly mounted to DIN rail.
